Ground Floor- The Lobby

The lobby runs parallel to Crossing Avenue, with the Theatre facing Stone Street which just past the Crossing Stone property ends at the entrance to the Park. All offices with the exception of the Cafe sit on the east or west, facing either the street or the park. Odd numbers face the street, while even numbers face the park.

Each partition of space is large enough to accomodate either multiple offices or several shops. Where there are more than one shop in a space partition both shops have seperate signs.

Theatre & Library

Facing Stone Street the large Theatre has been undergoing some transformations. Once a noted Opera House the McClain Sisters and Countess DuMaurier saw infinite possibilities and hired contractors to begin serious renovation. A second floor was constructed and is now a library.

The Theatre itself has been designed in such a way that it can be used for functions as well as performances.
