Honey
Alfalfa Honey is a light colored honey with the sweet flavor and aroma of it's name sake. Wonderful in tea it hints at springtime year round. Lavender Honey is wonderfully scented and carries relaxing properties. An excellent addition to that favored bedtime cup of tea or anytime you simply want to relax. Orange Blossom Honey is light in color and mild in flavor with the slight smell and taste of the orange blossom. Sweeten your tea with this honey to add a delightful citrus flavor.

Red Date Honey is a concentrate made of the finest red dates and pure clover honey. Red Date Honey can be added to teas or drank alone when mixed with hot water. Star Thistle Honey is a very delicate, delicious honey. A light honey, which is at its best in teas or spread on favored baked breads. Absolutely the honey of choice for honey cakes.
