As a result of this unique proximity of agricultural environment, coffee beans acquired some of the taste and aroma of the nearby fruits and spices. Also, the penetration of the monsoon moisture into the stored coffee adds another dimension to the charactistics of Indian coffee. Monsoon Malabar is a low acid coffee and has a full body with spicy aftertaste. |
